We haven't been here in about a year but everything was AMAZING. Food options were better, quality was better and service was better. It is 11.22.23 and Chris D was our server at 4:30 p.m.
I can't express how much I appreciate a server that is down to earth and nice. No fake "Customer service voice" that makes you ears bleed. Chris D was AMAZING, prompt, nice, checked in often. He was AMAZING!!!!

Stopped in for lunch with my son and this place never disappoints. The food is always quality and big portions, I always get a to go box. This time I had an alcoholic beverage and it was better then most bars. It was tasty and not too much alcohol or too less. It was perfect. We really enjoyed our meal and do every time we go there which is probably at least once every other month. You definitely need to give them a try you won’t regret it.
This place is amazing. I ordered the fish sandwich which was perfect, so delicious and each of the other 2 people I was with both enjoyed their selection by commenting several times through our meal on how good everything was. Service was exceptional. Our waitress was so sweet and personable and also efficient with our drinks quick followed by ordering then a short wait for our delicious food. Great experience that will have my mouth watering to come back for more!

All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food ordered was accurate and was made to perfection despite how quickly it was ready to be served. I didn't wait long at all to be seated and served despite how busy it looked.
For this visit I had a Whiskey River BBQ burger. Their special BBQ sauce was seasoned well with the perfect tanginess to go well with the beef. My mother had the Royal Red Robin burger. Both of us got the garlic seasoned fries, which were well seasoned thick cut wedges. The fries must be eaten quickly and are not as great when eaten as takeout leftover it seems, even with an air fryer to reheat.
In this restaurant, waiters will ask how you want to customize your burger's condiments like most other places. This includes how well you want your beef cooked. I saw that all of the orders are documented using cellphones assigned to them for ease of ordering and accuracy. Otherwise, I didn't see any of them using these cellphones for personal reasons while on the job.
For a first time visit to a Red Robin, this was an overall positive experience! I look forward to trying out the different burgers on their menu in future visits.
Always fresh burgers, absolutely delicious! They make it according to your taste. I love it in the salad wrap, no bun.. The juices collect in there, mixing with the green leaves. It enhances the flavors.
Their bottomless steak fries are pretty good, too. The server was so lovely, kind, and on top of things. Highly recommend! Btw, did I tell you that you get a free burger on your birthday of you become a member of their club?

It’s been a year since I’ve been to Red Robin and I’m blown away by the service that our waiter Nick provided. Super attentive and really friendly. Definitely deserves recognition. Best waiter I had in a while. Ask for him when you come by. 5 Stars
The burgers here are delicious! All of the ingredients that add to the flavorful and well cooked patty is almost perfect. The steak fries and garlic fries are both amazing as well! We also got the mozzarella sticks which were surprisingly good and the chocolate shake was a great addition to the meal. Definitely a good place to go if you’re shopping in gulf coast town center or you’re about to go to the movie right across from the restaurant.
Always a great experience when we come here but this time it was exceptional thanks to our server. He was funny, very attentive and patient with our big table. The food is always delicious and fairly priced. My only gripe is the restaurant is wicked cold. Feels good after coming in from the 100 degree heat but leaves you wanting a jacket after awhile.
The burger was tasty. Staff was polite but a little disengaged. Beer bottle chandelier in the bar area is caked with dust. Start looking around and you can see it’s in need of a deep clean everywhere.
Ralph had great energy and expedited our order so we could make it to the Hertz Arena Hockey Game. Guy was awesome to have as a server thanks for the service boss.
Also if anyones lookin for on of the healthiest options the shroom burger with the broccoli. Like 1k calories at 1200mg sodium w/ good protein amount. Everything else is much more. Best thing I could find for my fellow health nuts out there.
