First time here at menchies & the professionalism from the manager was outstanding!!!! she made me feel so comfortable the moment i walked in. she told me about all the new flavors and i ended up getting a mixture of all three! i smiled so much from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. People who work here are rockstars! I love how positive they all are and so approachable too. They welcome you in and the freshly made waffle cups with peanuts are a big hot with my kids and my in laws . Love coming here and will return.

I see the owner every time I’m here. You can tell her passion is running Menchie’s and she makes it a priority to have her customers walking out happy. Quality of the frozen yogurt is top notch and so many topping choices as always. Will be back soon.
Great frozen yogurt. They have vegan and sugar free options too and lots of great toppings!!Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Only negative was no hot fudge and the bathroom toilet and bathroom in general weren't clean.
We always bring the kids to this Menchie's location in Fort Myers and it's always a great experience . They always have 3 vegan no lol no egg always delicious flavors and 2 no sugar added flavors and even a caffeinated one ( mudslide pie ) which is delish . Family loved the cashier and the fruit bar

I like it. Lots of flavors. You fix it yourself so you have only yourself to blame for eating too much🙂. We’ve been there a couple of times and will definitely visit again.
This place is great for introverts. You just walk in. Get your cup. Pick your frozen yogurt add your toppings. Set it on the scale for weighing for pricing. Then pay. They have several lactose free options!
