This is BY FAR the best ice cream spot I’ve ever been to. The service was incredible and the ice cream is unbeatable. Completely fresh and you can make absolutely any kind of ice cream imaginable. Staff was beyond amazing and the appetizer was so so so cool!!! Couldn’t of asked for a better experience and couldn’t be happier writing this review!!!
Finally went and got some Best Ice cream. The service was outstanding. The decor is so unique so many beautiful quotes all over with a dash of vintage Love it!
The ice cream was so creamy, flavorful made right in front of us. It was actully the Best ice cream we've had. I'll definitely be back. My daughter had to get the dream cloud it was delicious and was so cool to watch being made. The happy popcorn was great.

One of the best hidden gems in Fort Myers that I finally tried. I was mind blown by the insane amount of flavor options. You can create any kind of ice cream you desire and they make it right in front of your eyes with liquid nitrogen. The guy working, who I’m assuming is the owner, was super passionate and helpful. Also they give you free frozen snacks while you are waiting for your ice cream to be made. Very worth the wait if there’s a line in front of you. I highly recommend trying this place out.
The best ice cream i have ever had ANY WHERE!!! The cutest and most unique interior and there are even sparkles ✨✨✨ on the ice cream :) I love reading the quotes on the wall and looking at the artwork. Pretty clouds and gemstones. Just darling! There was even someone playing the 🎹 piano! Super friendly owner and staff is so sweet.
Be prepared that i will take a little time to make as it’s a work of art. It’s made fresh and frozen with nitrogen before your eyes 🤩
This place is amazing! went here for the first time tonight and we were walked through everything and whoever helped us which i think was the owner was super friendly! Ice cream was amazing and made right in front of you, as well as we were given a liquid nitrogen appetizer while we looked for what we want for free! 11/10

What a fun experience! Best ice cream I’ve ever had. They make it from scratch right in front of you, it’s so cool. My son loved it. The guy that helped us was really nice and put on a fun little show for my son. Thank you!
I had a peanut butter shake and hubby got a banana split, both were delicious. The ice cream.is homemade at the time when you order. We will be back🙂

My husband and I are visiting with a Special Friend and Sister In Christ, here in Fort Myers, Florida. Craving Ice Cream, we searched Google, for a BASKIN ROBBINS location. Best Ice Cream populated first and being highly rated, this ended our ice cream search.
We went there, walked in, and was greeted by a very kindly-hearted and customer-focused gentleman named Richard. Richard made us a generous portion of nitro infused snacks that the three of us thoroughly enjoyed while laughing profusely at the simulated smoke coming from our mouths. 😂😂😂
While enjoying the wait for our custom made ice cream, we took pictures and made a few short videos. From one business owner to another, we felt Richard’s compassion and embraced the love and appreciation for what he and his wife have been blessed to deliver to their customers…Service With A Smile! First time here and we love it. The customer service was a 10!! The guy there gave the kids a super cool dragon breath show. The milkshakes were amazing. We definitely recommend this place!!!!!

This would be 5 stars for the ice cream and decor, but there was a 40 min wait for our two ice creams after we ordered and the table area could use a little cleaning up. But still worth a visit to try their one-of-a-kind ice cream in a cloud. The employees (owners?) were friendly and nice.
This is a fun eclectic ice cream shop! Fresh whipped ice cream made from scratch. Start to finish. You can watch the process up until it gets tossed in the Nitrogen! Pretty cool!
I absolutely love this place! The owner is a doll and puts her heart and soul and creativity into every unique ice-cream creation! So nice to have a place like this in Fort Myers! The wait can be a little long but it's worth it!
