Eva was impressive with regard to her customer service. I'm assuming she's the manager, if not she should be. She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. Any concerns were addressed as if they were her own. Great positive attitude! I would definitely come back.
We love our “ duets” from Panera! Yesterday, due to a “misbehaving cash register” our order was not correct… the great staff got the manager immediately and our order was made perfectly! The sweetest manager ever here! Thank you so very much !!
Panera is a good spot for a light lunch. I would say panera is pretty middle of the road in terms of pricing and options. Their menu is built more on the side of trying to be fresh and healthier, so keep that in mind. Lastly, their bakery is actually pretty solid and the breads are also worth ment
Good food, great location and not typically busy. The restaurant is always clean and well organized. My only complaint would be that they tend to run out of the breakfast Souffles kind of early so they may want to think about making more of them. Otherwise, this is a good place to grab a bite to eat
Due to my lack of attention, I placed a wrong order. The staff and the manager were super nice and went out of the way to refund me and fix my order at no extra cost. Double thumbs up on customer satisfaction
