Just was driving by looking for a place for breakfast, and this place is a great start of the day! They have sandwiches a coffee, hot chocolate, smoothies, tea... You have it! Almost any drink you can imagine a coffee shop to have, and a little more. They have several types of bread to choose from, I got an egg & cheese on croissant. It was delicious. I paired that with a peppermint hot chocolate, also amazing! Made with milk, chocolate, and love <3 There's plenty of seating, a probate room, clean bathrooms, and outside chairs & tables. Wish this place was closer to me, I'd come all the time! Definitely will be coming here again when I'm in the neighborhood. What a lovely place this is! :)

Straight deliciousness! I got a coffee and turkey cran sandwich. Price was a little higher than normal but food, service and atmosphere was on point.

My family walks to this location about once a month. (I have a 5 and 7 year old and we're very busy.). It's one of our favorite places to hang out and enjoy a comfortable, clean local place. My son especially loves the arch covered bench seating inside. The staff is always helpful and friendly. And I think prices are comparable to the popular mainline chain coffee shops. I think there is a lot of variety of drink and cold/hot food options. I am personally a tea drinker and I like the assortments that they offer. It a great place to stop if you're on your way to the beaches and you have to wait for the crazy seasonal traffic!

Had a great cup.of coffee at the Grind Coffee House today. Nice and friendly staff. There were three coffee choices and all were good. Didn't try any of the food. They have a small.menu highlighted by bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They also have a drive thru that was pretty busy. All in all, it was a good stop and I will probably head back to delve in more deeply at a later date.

This great coffee house is easy to miss! It's located in a plaza just near Health Park Hospital, but once you find it, you'll keep coming back. I came in to The Grind to work for a few hours before a meeting. Starbucks is always so crowded and so loud, but this place is just perfect. If you're looking to work between meetings or something, it's a great place to do that. The WiFi is fast, there's plenty of computer-friendly seating. They also have a conference room away from the main area that is very quiet! The coffee is delicious as well. And I don't know why there are reviews that say the staff isn't nice. My experience was very pleasant. 5 stars!

I've been to this location as well as the one off 41, both times have been great experiences. At the Summerlin location, I've had The Hammer and a Spinach-Artichoke Turkey sandwich. The drink is absolutely amazing, just what I was hoping for. The sandwich was also great -- all fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted ciabatta. The gentleman cashier was extremely kind and helpful, and the other employees also seemed happy to be there. Clean dining area and back work stations from the look of things. Very happy with this chain!

Excellent choice if you want fresh, delicious coffee and espresso! Smells absolutely fabulous when you walk in - like I'm literally surrounded in coffee essence.☕ I've had many double 'espresso con panna' drinks made and ALL have been fantastic! Recommended to my friends, coworkers and família! 😊

The Grind, near the HealthPark Hospital Complex, has everything you would want in a coffee shop! You can drive-by, sit at the outdoor terrace, go inside to enjoy the cozy niches, or use your computer with fast free WiFi in the quiet room in the back as I do. Throughout the service is fast and friendly. I particularly enjoy the tea that is bagged from loose tea leaves on the spot. If you've ever experienced loose tea, like in the old days, you'll really appreciate this place! P.S. I hear the coffee and food is super good too!

Our favorite coffee house in the neighborhood. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They offer a wide array of coffees and teas. The café au lait is very good! They offer a nice selection of hot menu items for breakfast and everything we have tried has been excellent.

I come here almost every chance I get. I’m glad I found this cute little coffee shop because the service is amazing, the cafe au lait, latte or French press have such an amazing aroma and flavor that compare to good home brewed coffee!!! If you get the opportunity, stop here over any quick service coffee shop. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you girls for always making my coffee sooooo delicious🤗

I like to find unique latte flavors when places have them and this place is really good, it beats other places i've been. As a vegan I was very happy to try their coconut latte with almond milk- now it's my favorite drink!

It is a brighter type coffee house, not the dark starbucks kind. Coffee is good, food is good but very simple and small size, just what you expect from a good coffee house. Overall a very nice place.
