Great "local" place. Every time I stop by Minerva's, I'm always surprised by how classy the restaurant AND the clientele are. Yet, there's nothing fussy or snobby here - just warm and welcoming. The place is always filled with people having a wonderful time! Minerva is really friendly and so is everyone else. I really enjoyed the made-from-scratch food! The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside - it's in a Publix shopping center - but that's why it's such a pleasant surprise when you walk through the door. There's just a very good "vibe" here. I can't speak to the comments about the slow service since I've never gone during peak dinner time. Other times when I've been, the food arrived in an amount of time I would expect for something made to order. I've seen several restaurants open in this spot only to close later. When Minerva's opened, I wondered how long it would last. That was years ago, so something is definitely bringing people back! Give this place a try!
My Mom and I love this place. Minerva is always on site and makes us feel like shes welcoming us into her home. The food is always excellent. Waitresses and bartenders go above and beyond the call of duty. Crabcakes are.excellent and the deepfried cheesecake is to die for. Atmosphere is relaxing. Cant say enough good.things about this establishment! We love Minerva's##!

Best Wings!!. I've been to Minerva's on several occasions for dinner. Has the feel of a neighborhood bar/restaurant with friendly prompt service. Tends to draw in a local crowd where everyone knows everyone. The wings are excellent!!!
Great. I think the food and portions are great. I had the shrimp scampi and it tasted fresh and delish. The service was good as well as the friendly atmosphere. Ill be back for sure!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Absolutely LOVE this place! Owners are always on-site and everyone in there is friendly. Have a condo close by and always go there at least once on my trips down here. On spring break currently with three of my girlfriends without a car, Minerva herself drove us home so we didn't have to carry our groceries all that way. Love her and this restaurant :)
Great food, friendly atmosphere!. Discovered Minerva's on our last trip to Florida 2 weeks ago. Saw a lunch special advertised for $6.99 so decided to give it a try. We liked it so much we went back the next day for dinner and to watch the Giant's game. The food was excellent and the bartender/waitress, Jennifer, is super nice and friendly. She also makes a great marguerita!
Minerva's Bar & Grill. I have eaten there several times. Food was great, well prepared, and visibly attractive. We were served generous portions from a varied assortment of meals on the menu. The owners (Minerva and George) are very visible and friendly.

A great place. Been there and talked to the owners, who are from
Youngstown, OH. Had a small bar there for many years and now have opened Minervas. They are accomodating people, have an excellent menu with a variety to please everyone. Food is good, atmosphere is open and
airy, and the staff is very friendly.

Six of us went for a birthday celebration. Service was great and we all loved our lunches.
Our server/ bar master was fabulous but I think I'll order beef instead of turkey burger next time as she wasn't sure if they had turkey burgers available and...
My husband had teriyaki children and was delighted.

Ok this place is great. No holds bar. All the decorations for the establishment just worked. The bar, where we sat, was almost perfect.
The bartender knew what we wanted, and was very knowledgeable. It was a delight engaging in conversation.
Nothing here seemed off or out of place.
The food was superb. Cooked fresh. Served hot. A really pleasant stop.
If you haven't been. You should really think about coming here.

Despite the appearance of the the bar atmosphere when entering the dining area was more inviting. The server was very informative and was able to help in choosing a wonderful meal . The food was surprisingly of great quality and better than some high quality restaurants .....
Food was very good however the men's bathroom could use a deep cleaning it was nasty and I only had to stand up. Otherwise I would have rated this a five star restaurant. Service was good.
CLASSY AND AFFORDABLE!! When you walk into Minerva's Bar and Grill you will be surprised by the upscale table accoutrements and stylish chairs. You can sit in the well stocked bar area or at one of the fine dining tables. With a full food menu and drink menu to select from you will be content to know that your selections will be fresh and expertly prepared. The fajitas I ordered from the lunch menu were up in 20 minutes and sizzling hot. They aroma was rich with grilled onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, peppers, mushrooms, and chicken. Service is friendly and courteous and fast. Prices were about $14 for the meal. Excellent value. Treat yourself!
Looks like a nice, smaller Italian restaurant. Tables with linen on one side, a bar on the other. Smaller menu, a little pricey. It looked delicious. I went in to the bar side for a drink and appetizer Friday about 5 pm. There was one table seated on the restaurant side. The bar was packed with what seemed like old friends nicely dressed. I couldn't get anyone's attention so I left, but I'd like to try this place out next time I'm in town.
Stopped on a whim while on our way back home and very happy we did. Light apps and a couple of craft beers really hit the spot. Calamari was excellent and gumbo was authentic. Got to meet Minerva and enjoyed our conversation with her. A high point of our brief visit to the area, worth stopping if you’re passing by.
Always friendly service and excellent food! We had the chicken and broccoli fettuccine which was delicious. Crab cakes appetizer, fried calamari, and a mushroom with mozzarella and spinach. Yummy!! Everything was fresh and tasty!!
Live music, great service, my sister had the gyro which she loved. The owner was very nice and was helping clear and set tables. A fun night.
