Is a simple concept of a local business that do their things really good. I found this place by chance a few days ago, looking for a fresh lunch option. I was happy that it wasn't a food chain, the atmosphere is really quiet, and the attention is good, they explain the food to you.... What I like

Excellent little place to have breakfast or lunch. Everything is delicious and fresh. We get lunch from them at least once a week.

Quite delightful! We shared the steak and cheese with cole slaw and pop. The steak was tender and juicy, the cole slaw crisp and tasty.

I get the biscuits gravy and eggs special as often as possible! The gravy has plenty of real sausage chunks and is my favorite kind. Other places in town are thinner, less flavorful, and don't have sausage like metro does. I might have to watch how much I have it though, because the portion is super

This was my first time dining at Metro Deli and Cafe, I had lunch with colleagues of mine and we all got the egg salad sandwiches 🥪. We were helped by the owner Carol. I know egg salad is something very simple but the sandwiches were very good and had high quality bread and came with a side item.

I just had lunch here today. Best Reuben sandwich I’ve had since I moved to Fort Myers 3 1/2 years ago. Restaurant was very clean and the employees were wonderful. I can see this being a weekly stop for lunch. I would highly recommend.

Was there today with 5 friends from out of state, we were made to feel welcome and had a great lunch! My friends were thrilled about it especially since it was close to Jet Blue stadium and they were going straight there. Thanks so much. P.S. loved the brownies!
