My name is Alex, and I enjoy the cuban and Mexican cuisine, at el caribe Cuban and Mexican food the food is excellent, best puerco azado, moro, congris , tamales, Cafe cubano, etc if what you are looking for is homemade like quality cuban food, then you should come and visit with them.
I work for the DC bureau of a Japanese newspaper, and my colleague and I were in town last week reporting on the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. My colleague had never had a Cuban sandwich before, so I brought him to El Caribe.
He liked it so much that the next day I took him to Casa Rojas on Pine Isla
I was really craving an authetic Cuban, and we found this place after the flea market and it didn't let down. The thing I love about local restaurants and bakeries is that everything us made fresh and feels home cooked instead of commercial and this place was right on the money. Definitely worth a v

absolutely amazing. chicken tacos are wonderful. pork & chorizo are great as well. croquettes are good also. great experience, will be returning.
Only one other soul ahead of us, so wait was not an issue, time of day was a factor in addition to a rain dilluge outside. I ordered the Moro rice with the stew chicken and potato and a side of maduros (sweet plantains). Everything was delicious and enough for 2 or 3 and the price, can't complaint
You can't get a better Cuban sandwich anywhere. I haven't had a better Flan since I was in Costa Rica. Their Cuban bread is phenomenal. Don't let the outside fool you, very clean inside.

Most of the time in the morning I get coffee with Cuban bread or toast it's delicious Cuban flavor. In the midmorning on the weekend's I eat tacos and they are ions as well. Thank you for your great food and service.
Nice little place. It's hard to see from the road. The bread on our sandwiches was perfect. Worth checking out if you like cuban sandwiches.
Great food and service. In the inside it is very clean as well. The menu is in Spanish and English (for all my non-Spanish speaking peeps).

Best food and atmosphere you could ask for. The owners and employees are friendly and have amazing attitudes.
They were having trouble with their machine for debit cards at the moment so recommend cash other than that the food was great reasonable price .
