This was a new Burger King, or it felt new. I can honestly say that it was the first time in a very long time that my burger was served hot. A freshly cooked BK burger is magical! I can't even describe how delicious it turned out. I truly wish all locations served food as good as this one did.
This is the best Burger King. I’ve been to in the area. I stopped here for a quick breakfast once in a while. It’s always super clean, comes out quick hot and fresh no drama. I stop here often on my way to work in the morning and the customer service is always stellar. The drive-thru staff are always so welcoming and sweet.
It was very nice as all ways met at the door with a beautiful young man a hot flash only God ❤️ could handle you have the nicest black female mgr.
Ms. Davis and Beth run a beautiful restaurant. They are both so friendly, take care of any issue, and work right along side of their crew, who is also very nice. They make me smile🧡
Burgers and fries are always great. Sadly, they have a manpower issue which greatly impacts their ability to provide the great service I enjoyed prior to covid.
I drove by and the grilling smelled so good I whipped around and got me a whopper with cheese. Dang that's a good sandwich.
This is the best Burger King in Fort Myers. The manager is so great and I really love the way she treats her employees. They all seem appreciated and happy to work there. Food comes out fresh and the lobby is always clean. 👌

Please fix hours online. It says open till 10:00pm but when you get there they say that they close at 9:00pm. I love this particular one but it would be a huge help if you changed the time to the correct closing time online as well as the door for people that do not know.

This morning I was kindly greeted in the drive through and I was well taken care of. The extremely polite lady that took my order did more than enough to fulfill my request. Very pleasant and quick transaction.

Every single time I come
Now usually Burger King is at the top of their game. They fill my order quickly and correctly. This time was not the case. However, they did fix it and fixed with a smile.
