I am so glad this location reopened after Hurricane Ian. The repairs/remodel looks great and the staff are as wonderful as always. I love stopping here in the morning on my way into the office. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about the products offered, and they are very patient. The staff treat the homeless that congregate around the area as the humans as they should be treated, because they are. I look forward to my brief morning visits. Thank you.
Starbucks usually never disappoints. I enjoy their menu very much. I have tried several items off their menu and they are always tasteful. I enjoy their cheese danish, banana bread and chocolate croissants to name a few food items. Their drinks never lack. Would recommend them to anyone who enjoys coffee and breakfast items. Their lunch items are not bad either but I prefer the breakfast.
Very clean location with friendly staff. We visited around 12:30 PM on a Saturday and were able to order immediately upon arrival. The wait was not long at all to received our goodies and drinks.
Literally the best place to go after a walk around downtown Fort Myers best place 100% recommend and it’s finally reopened!!!
Jessica, the first manager this morning really made my day much brighter. It probably wasn’t something I’m proud to admit, but somehow in our brief discussion ended up talking about a mutual experience, something I’m dealing with at the moment and her ability to connect and empathize with me really made my day better. Thanks for being so kind, I would highly recommend a promotion for her hard work and dedication to customer service and engagement.

Well, this guy's name is Rich he calls the two clients in front of me by their names and address me by my name after 3 months of absence. He treats every client exceptionally. If I were the owner d promoted him to manager or training for it. It s the first time this happens to me. Exceptional person.
Today's review. There is this guy working with immobilized arm and he is calling every client by their names and greeting them as close friends. Impressive!!!

I rarely leave positive reviews for chains, but I have been going to this location for years and Rich and the team seriously run the best coffee shop I have ever been to. My order is always right, they are always fast, and they are always friendly. Can't recommend this staff and this location enough!

Stopped at this Starbucks in Fort Myers before heading to a listing appointment. One of the best coffee shops in the area. Great location with an amazing vibe. Sat outside and enjoyed my coffee while I got some work done. Great start to my morning.
The staff wasn't very friendly at first but it may be because its the early morning rush and they're focused on drink orders. As I became a repeat customer the service definitely got better. I usually stop in everyday and I always try to order ahead. I haven't had any issues with my drinks and I haven't heard any customer issues regarding incorrect drinks during my visits (which is a plus especially when you're rushing to get to work).The location is nice if you're out taking stroll through downtown but it is small and there's limited parking (which is expected in the business district downtown). Overall it's a nice place. I'll definitely be returning.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I come in each morning, and everyone greets me. I feel like a princess coming into their Starbucks lmao, their service is so excellent. 10/10!!!!
