Ordered breakfast and it was very close to the breakfast ending time. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Greg. After providing the mobile order number, Greg explained the system cancelled my order. He was quick to apologize and check with the kitchen to request my order be made. Thanks Greg for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make sure I got my order.

I LOVE Mickie D’s apple pie ‼️🥧 ‼️ To stop in the middle of the day and have an apple pie and a coffee ☕️ or iced tea 🫖 is heaven. It’s so pleasant just to go in and cold air conditioning to get this luscious apple pie and relax and use McDonald’s Wi Fi……….It’s so good. This may sound crazy too but I also like the little hamburgers with extra onions and people say to me what they’re not real 🧅 They are dehydrated. But guess what, they taste good . So if I really want to do a treat myself to something fast, easy and good, and I have to mention reasonably priced , I get a little hamburger with extra onions and pickle a small fry iced tea and of course, of course, of course the best thing going…… Apple pie. I think it’s good to mention hear that I have the McDonald’s app on my phone. You can actually save 20% every time you goi into restaurant. Plus, build up points and get free stuff. And on Friday they have free french fries, large french fries 🍟 with the purchase of one dollar or more. CRAZY 😝 Yep 👍🏼, when you want something good, fast, cheap , easy and Wi Fi and air conditioning. My advice to you is go to Mickey D’s.
Staff was kind. Order was right. The wait was what should be expected. The restaurant area was really dirty though. Not one wiped down table. This was not at an unusually busy time either. A+ for customer service D- for dining room
We stopped in for a quick breakfast through the drive thru. Our service was quick and friendly and the food was all made correct and tasted great. Keep up the good job=)
These wonderful souls. First my card declined and I had to call the bank to clear the transaction then my car stalled and I didn't think it would turn over again. They were super busy but patiently waited as I yelled "my car won't start what should I do?" And the poor girl went "I don't know." Me: "tell me what I should do I can't open my door". She yells to the back we're both laughing uncomfortably my car turns over and I get my burger with no cheese as requested.
This is tremendous new location. Two stories with kitchen upstairs and connected to 1st floor with conveyor system to send food down. You can eat on both floors. There are both stairs and an elevator to get between floors. There are two wall mounted video games on the 1st floor. Also 4 monitors can place orders on. Decorated in tasteful Fort Myers mottif. There is a big kitchen window upstairs so you can watch you meal be prepared. Staff very friendly and attentive. You have option to have meal brought to your table. Very enjoyable experience.
OMG, I give this place 10 stars out of 5!! They're fast, super friendly and food taste is off the chart and is fresh!!! A must go back.

Loved seeing a 2 story McDonald's. The main kitchen is up stairs and the food comes down on a food elevator behind the counter, I took a couple of pics of it. The restaurant was clean, outside clean, the staff was very friendly, their was some Covid precautions in place. The food was hot, and tasted fine, fries were great! Ice cream machine worked, so many McDonald's I've been to it is broken.
The am crew is ALWAYS wonderful and usually the evening crew but some need customer service training. Like don't work in customer service if you can't control your attitude in difficult situations, put yourself in the customer shoes if you have a screwed up order and went home with your kid but luckily the Mgr knew how to do his job professionally or I would be giving a 2 star. The evening crew is usually great also, the cashier was pleasant and the food is always fresh on both shifts so I will continue with a 5 star rating. Thanks you Managers and crew teams for your hardwork and being courteous despite dealing with difficulties off and on all day! 😊

Tina Marie she was the sales person to help me all the time and she is very helpful and very kind and supportive and the new car. General manager and used cars manager both were very helpful understanding and professional the way they treated everyone all the customers and my self I'm very grateful and happy for everything and specially the way they treat me and Tina Marie is a great sales person and such a wonderful human being next time for sure if any one is in need to buy a car I'll send them to Toyota of Ford Myers God bless them
