First time going to MAKS was last year for takeout and returned this summer for dine-in lunch. Overall it was a great experience from the customer service, freshness of the food, presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant. We like to try new places while on vacation but decided to go back again
FANTASTIC!! Best sushi in SWFL, and we have tried them all. (even the Ritz in Naples) Reservation recommended. In a strip mall with plenty of parking. Best sushi in the Ft. Myers area hands down. The owner is great, says hi to every patron. The sushi is fresh, clean, and rotates. The hour and sour soup is great too. They even have silver oak on the menu if you want to splurge!
A wonderful experience for a birthday celebration with our server Jessica! She was fantastic as always, remembers my wife’s allergies and chopstick trainer for my son. Tasty spot for some good Asian options. I had a delicious dynamite roll for my sushi option; also had the seafood pineapple fried rice. Both were fantastic and came out pretty quickly. Service was nice and environment was clean and welcoming. Would go back!
Our favorite sushi spot in Southwest Florida. We’ve been here over a dozen times and every time we come it’s great. The sushi is fresh. Chefs are friendly. Clean restaurant. We ordered dumplings, crispy rice, and tons of sushi. Overall 5 stars.

Not sure what took me so long to dine here, but it is freaking amazing! Anything with the General Taos sauce is the best sauce I have ever eaten.
This is a really awesome restaurant. From the ambiance to the service & food - it’s all really good. I think my favorites are literally anything off the appetizer menu. The sushi is super fresh and the house sake - top notch. What I would keep coming back for are the sticky salmon rice & garlic edam

Went in around when they opened for lunch. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating since we had a stroller. We ordered from the lunch menu and got 2 sushi rolls for 17$! I’ve had sushi all over the world and country and nothing beats MAKS. From the food to the service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Jess is the most amazing server. She is so sweet and caring. Always remembers us when ever we come in. I feel like such a part of the Maks family. Thanks so much for being the best restaurant in Fort Myers.
