We sat at a high top in the bar. The service was great. Happy hour drinks and free pie day. My wife had the Southern Bell Peach Margarita, I had beer. The meal was crunchy chicken pecan salad for her, and I had the seafood platter. Food was promptly served, hot , cooked as it should be and very good. The stuffed crabs (crab cakes in a little shell) were particularly good. The pie was outstanding, we took it with us. Excellent experience over all.
The Southern Belle Margarita was to DIE for!!! If you like peaches, I highly recommend it. Also, the Bourbon glazed Salmon was amazing as well. I don't understand people who leave poor reviews simply because silverware isn't in pristine condition and the cups aren't fancy enough. The food and quality of service is what matters most. Our server was fantastic and never missed a beat as well. I always enjoy a good meal here. The wait wasn't bad either for a Sunday afternoon.

The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! My husband and I had the steak and chicken tenders combos, which we both thought were awesome. Our server not only checked on us frequently, but she was very personable and appeared to enjoy her job.
The food was exquisite but the best part about this visit was Morgan, our server. She was fantastic, caring and attentive. We came in right at open and she quickly got busy but she never failed to make us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. She was great!

I've never been disappointed. I've ate here many times. It's generally my go to restaurant, when I prefer something outside of the fast food industry.
The yeast rolls are a delicacy. I love everything on the menu. Many healthy choices to choose from. And if you prefer great cuts of meats this place has it.
The service is spectacular. The atmosphere is awesome. The cost of the whole experience is competitive. Drinks are not watered down and mixed to perfection.
I never had to wait for a table. The staff have a very good COVID awareness system set up to help protect it's patrons.
Came for Mothers Day lunch with my husband and daughter. The service was excellent, and food was amazing as always. As crowded as it was (around 12:15 pm) we only waited about 15 minutes for a table and we were greeted immediately by our server. Our apps were out within minutes and our food was out just a few minutes after that. We were very pleased with everything today. Cristal was our server and she was absolutely wonderful! 10/10 we will definitely be back again.
It is our first time going to O'Charley's and we're definitely looking forward to our next visit. Our server Hunter was attentive and helpful.
Came to dinner tonight for the first time in a while! Steaks were amazing, my husband really enjoyed the fish & chips. We were sat quickly for a group of 3 for it to be 7pm on a Friday night. Our server, Devon, was so nice and friendly. We enjoyed the small talk we made with him. We will be back to sit with him again!!!
Perfect casual date night. Me and my finance love eating here! It’s the perfect mix of indulgence with some healthy sides. Chad was our waiter and he was the absolute best. Friendly with wonderful service. Whatever y’all pay, he needs a raise !! It’s the people that keep bringing us back
