Staff is great! Food is better! But the manager was… strange. Me and my wife were eating when he came over and started to sing for her. Once he was done he asked her on a date. When we both explained we were married he started crying and ran into the kitchen. Strange experience.

Bathroom was atrocious with smells and trash. Dining room is open but no table service. Had #4 meal - bacon seemed microwave quality. Burger not fresh as I have experienced at Steak and Shake previously. Seemed precooked. Fries were good.

I ordered online and when I picked up my order the store was extremely busy. I had a long wait but my order was exact and hot when I received it. Steak 'n Shake is an outstanding restaurant with quality food items.
