Most of the staff are nice. I usually don't have any problems here. But lately it's not been great. The last few times my chicken has been cold and like rubber. (But they're supposed to drop the chicken when your order it so it should be hot & fresh) the ladies in the window look mad and don't have good customer service skills. Maybe they're just having a bad day but all of that combined kinda just ruins it ya know!?
I ordered online and when I picked up my order the store was extremely busy.
I had a long wait but my order was exact and hot when I received it.
Steak 'n Shake is an outstanding restaurant with quality food items.
The dining area finally opened. Food was good but the fun experience is gone. Order your food at the counter and pick it up :(
