Great food. Great waiter. We each ordered something different, I got something "traditional" scrambled eggs, bacon, country potatoes and biscuits and gravy. What a cool little place. A cinnamon roll was served as you sit down. Staff was friendly and fast. Waited about 15 minutes for the best chicken fried stake sandwich I have ever eaten.

A friend suggested that my wife and I eat at Calico County while visiting Fort Smith. The restaurant did not disappoint. The restaurant serves cinnamon rolls prior to the arrival of your food and while they were good, they weren't the best I've ever had. My wife and I both had Chicken and Dumplings.
Service was decent, food was alright. Wasn't as I have expected. Omlette was under expectations. Although food came out in a decent manner but the texture and the quality was still off for the service and pay.
Our waitress Sydnay was wonderful. Food was delicious! Look forward to dropping by again on our next trip through!
