Excellent facility. Beautiful beach. The water seems to often be closed due to riptides, so if swimming in the ocean is a priority, be aware.
Plenty of parking. The property was clean and well maintained by the staff. This condominium is in a great location. The city itself isn’t very walkable but you can stay on the beach and walk there. The pool is a nice temperature. Always lock your vehicle. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
It was good and the hotels were awesome only you part was that you tracked in so much sand from the beach you head to sweep like every other day the pool was great. Some times it was too cold so I just went to the ocean
Very nice place, beautiful view and the place was clean and well maintained, I would definitely recommend renting condo 401 at gulf dunes, the only thing I could say bad is stains on coffee tables and counter top . Worst part is there's coaster there , so not there fault, that's why I gave a fiv
Gulf Dunes is our favorite vacation spot! However, the Beach Access is in dire need of an upgrade including an additional walkway and ramps! When you have beach buggies, ramps provide a much easier path to the beach!

The best times ever
Our stay was excellent! Our room was perfect. We saw someone cleaning the pool and doing maintenance every morning. The beach was super clean and soft sand. Chair service was a huge bonus. You can’t beat the location! Sometimes the locked gates were left open but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this place. Close to the beach. Storm shutters on the balcony kept the room cool during the day while we were gone. Balcony faced directly at the ocean. Nice clean room. All amenities included. Even had coffee and sugar in the rom we got. Would definitely return.

I am so glad we stayed at Gulf Dunes Resort! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook/prepare our foods. We love coming to Gulf Dunes. The view is fantastic. Great pool. Front desk lady is always very nice and helpful if any issues arise. What keeps it from being a 5 is the noise level. Very loud during the day in the hallways, people do not adhere to quiet hours at night. This is no fault of Gulf Dune
