Cold stone ice cream is delicious, but the service time at this location has been really slow with an incredible lack of hustle. I came with my kids after a movie half hour before close and the line was long and it took over ten minutes to help a customer. Being seventh in line I did the math, left
Terrible service. I am being generous. I understand being short on staff. I was not even acknowledged or told I would be waited on. 2 people working. 1 was "on line" the other completed an order and disappeared in the back room to never be seen again. Do not order through door dash spent 40$ and my mother and I both were missing the main ingredients in what we ordered. I'm livid . As we know you spend basically 20$ to have something delivered. Highly disappointed..walked in after a movie with our family of 8 and were turned away despite them letting the rest of the line in front of us be served. They didn't close until 9 and we were there before then. Good way to loose money and loyal customers!
