This has been one of our go-to places for a long time & we really like it. The last 2 times we've stopped by they're out of a long list of ingredients. Some were posted, but some we didn't find out until we'd already ordered. Disappointing.

A few weeks ago they let someone else redeem my points. Today I ordered online and specifically said, "lots of jalapenos " on a Giant sub and got 7 slices of jalapenos.

I ordered a meatball marinara. I was expecting to be able to put toppings on it. They made my food and put it in the bag. They did not offer for me put any toppings on sub. They put to much marinara on it. Sub was decent but not worth 14 dollars.
