Friendly and very efficient staff in the bar area where we always sit. The food is almost always prepared/cooked deliciously. I can honestly say there is only one time when my companion's chicken & shrimp dish was totally covered in way too much seasoning that he could not eat it. We get that meal quite often and it only happened once We just put it in a box and took it home where he scraped everything off off it. We didn't say anything that time but we will specify next time to go easy on the seasonings. Pretty much everyone and anyone who has waited on us in the bar area has been exceptional, even when super busy. We love this location near Maysville Rd the best but also really like the north Lima Rd location. Thank you and keep it up!! You're obviously doing something right during this challenging time.
Today we had the best Applebees experience we have ever had! Our server, Theresa, was amazing… so friendly and on top of things. She went above and beyond for us to make our little boy feel special for his birthday. Our food was cooked perfectly and was tasty.
They were short staffed and things took a bit longer but the service and food outshined our wait!
