Sadly, the customer service here is almost always awful with employees who seem to be upset that you've chosen Smoothie King as the place to get you smoothie that day. They're very short with you and it's clear they just want you gone. I've been to this location maybe 10 times now and only once did

Delicious smoothies. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and quick, even though they were swamped. They did not charge for substituting ingredients either.

For the third time since July, this location was not open at their scheduled hours. I drive out of the way to enjoy Smoothie King but clearly, there's an issue that no longer will earn my business. Very disappointing

The smoothies are good.... If you get what you ordered. I've ordered strawberry gladiator with banana and gotten vanilla. I've ordered the coffee high protein "almond mocha" and gotten what tastes like chocolate with loosely chopped almond in it. Very crunchy/gritty smoothie, lol. Activator inst
