Pizza Hut has lost its charm. The food was ok but atmosphere was a cookie cutter order at counter, they bring your dinner in a cardboard box with a paper plate and your soft drink comes in a 20oz bottle. I didn't even notice if beer was still available.
Am very upset with pizza hut at Southgate. Ordered delivery with app. Called them and talked with manager...think it was. Asked that extra sauce be added to wings when made. She said was added to order. I get wings and had enough sauce to cover wings. No extra sauce!!!

We loved the old Pizza Hut before they knocked it down. The new pizza hut is terrible. Even the business model has changed. No waiters, waters are over $2 a piece. Just terrible.

I don't like the new business model. This used to be a place you could bring your family. Now its lost all of that. You even have to pay for water. 6 dollars for water!!! We are moving on from Pizza Hut and going with local pizzerias.
