WHEN you can get your food, it is good. This location is severely understaffed. I don't know how anyone could get anything done here. I gave two stars because the sandwiches are great WHEN you can get them. The other location on Dupont in exceptional but I am not out that way very often

Service recovery at this location was awful. We went to eat there as we sometimes do and found a hair in our food, after already eating much of it. Terrible. Stay Away! Placed an order for pick up. One sandwich was completely wrong and the other had half a jar of mayo dumped on it. I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s for years and have never had such a bad experience before. Hopefully their corporate can send someone over to fix the place.

Waited forever for our sandwiches just to come home to about NO lettuce, no cucumbers which came with one of our sandwiches. Isn't Jimmy John's suppose to be super fast AND fresh not at this location. Bread is tough as if its yesterday's bread. Less chit chat and focus on your customers orders.
