I came to Subway today for a salad on my way home from work. I was in there on the 21st of January around 8:30 p.m. There were three tables inside, three people in line and one behind me. There was only one employee working. She was working the drive, the front and from what I could see was also going to be responsible for cleaning up the place and closing. Her name started with a D. This young woman kept her composure, never stressed, kept a good tempo and was on top of it. I also run a quick service restaurant here in Fort Wayne. I believe this person that was working deserves a big pat on the back, and some discretionary bonus. this is the work ethic that I look for in a good employee. Excellent customer service

Giving them 4 stars because they only had one employee working in the morning. She was trying to do both front counter and drive thru. I felt bad for her, as i am a RGM and would never leave my employees like this. She was amazing, smiled and apologized to all the employees. The managers need to make sure there are enough people on staff. Even for the SAFETY of the employee, never leave one person alone.

There are two girls working there most of the time at noon which make going to that Subway a pleasure. They are very friendly and knowledgeable especially when I chose to use my phone APP for everything. Most all other Subway stores have difficulty when someone is using the APP.

Good service. I dont know what her name was but she had blonde hair with purple and pink underneath. She was awesome with a great attitude even with the fact we came in at 9 pm. She had the place cleaned uo nicely. It seemed like she was training. If she was she was doing great! That girl deserves a raise!!!
