Absolutely horrible service. Always get cold pizza delivered and the manager refuses to answer the phone. They'll leave you on hold for an hour and then just hang up on you. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this location.

I enjoy papa John's pizza. I would give them a 5 star but they now have a call center taking orders and when they attempt to transfer you to the store, the call drops. Every time. I know they were trying to make it more efficient for the store but it is not for the customer.

Ordered papa John’s tonight at 7:24. It said it’s be ready in approximately 30 minutes. For some reason, our card was charged twice and is now pending a credit. Not sure why it was charged twice. Order said it was out for delivery at 7:50. Didn’t get the pizza until 8:40. I live 6 minutes from papa
