Ordered on the app, when I got there the drive thru line was to the entrance, so I called, and they brought the food out. It was for my sister who is in the hospital and had just been taken off a restriction diet of soft food. She said its the best Arby's she's ever had!
This Arby's is always randomly closed early starting anywhere from 4-7pm. Update your hours.

Ordered sandwich with chicken in it. Received it raw. Called told them , they said temp is correct and goodbye. Didnt get an apology or offer to replace or anything. It's a shame cause I used to eat at arbys often.
