It was busy at 12:15 pm when I went, and they got my order all correct. From the time I ordered it was only about 2 minutes when I had my food and out the door. It was hot and fresh too. Overall great experience!

Drive-thru: Tried using mobile app; would not connect. At the speaker, ordered #7 Big Bacon Classic with no onion, no mayo, for $6.09. Received #11 classic Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken for $6.59. Drove home, discovered the error, drove back, went in, asked for the correct sandwich, still got mayo.

Lobby was absolutely dirty & disgusting. Ate lunch on a Thursday at 11:30AM. No clean tables drink station dirty with pop everywhere and condiment island was just as bad. Won't be back.....if you have an employee shortage then close the lobby bc this was horrible and unacceptable 🤢
For this Wendy's to be located in such a good area, they should have standard styles in stock. Food was decent; standard for a fast food place.
