Drive thru service was fast and friendly. Order was correct and mostly fresh. The parking lot of the restaurant and the shopping center have some pretty devastating potholes currently so drivers beware.
Everytime I come here, the employees have the doors locked to the dining room! I think we can all agree the days of covid are over, and closing lobbies is no longer acceptable and just lazy. Ordered the Arby's classic roast beef, an Arby's staple. The beef was cold. Normally I like Arby's sandwiches, but they at least have to be hot.
Twice now I stopped for lunch, only to find the doors locked after 11 AM. I understand staffing problems, but at least put a sign in the window that says the dining area is closed. I left for another restaurant.

Ordered apple pie, was given cherry. Went back following day, asked for apple pie, was given cherry again. Called manager, manager indifferent. Terrible staffing, mgmt & ownership. Will never visit again.
Why did you guys get new management???? I used to be able to get lunch at 6:30am when i got off of work but now its only breakfast??? Wack
