Stopped here after work to pick up a bite to eat. Fries were smoking hot and tasted great. Chicken strips were good along with their ranch. Usually get burgers from here, but decided to try the strips because they had the same batter as the fries. The made the food quickly and took my order in a professional, polite way.

I come here and get the loaded fries every time, and every time i get them they are always fresh and hot !!
Amazing! We first walked up and their customer service was great! We got a strawberry ice cream swirl and it was perfect, the loaded fries were a bit soggy but that makes sense with them being drenched in sauce, we also got mozzarella sticks, they were crispy and the mozzarella was good, it was filling too, I can't stress enough how good the food tasted, they were understaffed but the people they had were really nice, and the fries were so good, but there was so much I couldn't even finish them, I would definitely recommend.
I have yet to go to any of the rallys in fort Wayne and be disappointed by the quilty of the service, staff or food.
Our order is always hot and hardly ever wrong.
The very few times we had something wrong (which was most likely a error in how I worded my order)
They have immediately replaced it and apologized for the mistake.
The staff is friendly and polite.
I've been there a few times and have watched people get upset with them for reason out of their control (took to long to get their food, was training a new staff member and it took them too long to get their change)
For anyone who gets upset with the staff please be mindful that they're doing the best they can to make sure you're happy with the food you ordered.
Be patient and kind.
I appreciate all the hard work the staff does to make sure we leave happy with our choice to stop there for service.
Rally’s is rally’s. This one is on their game. Line moves. Food is good and the order is rarely messed up. My teen kids face after movie junk food. ;)
I'm a farmer, or at least I work with Farmers cuz I'm an old guy. It is rather amazing to me that rallies will sell you a bacon burger for $1 that has over $1 worth of bacon on it! Anybody who has shopped at Walmart lately knows the bacon is like $12 a pound, and even though that money doesn't go to the farmer apparently the children of Sam wall don't have enough billions yet and are selling meat for three times the price but only paying the farmers pennies more
I am absolutely certain that the $1 for two fried apple pies, and the bacon burgers is Rally's way of welcoming poor people and telling them that as far as rallies is concerned, even though they may have to live under bridges because you know it is the United States after all..
They're at least feeding the elderly and the crazy and the addicted and the poor, so that our poor people don't have to move to California along with folks from places like Texarkana Arkansas and Orlando Florida.
Whining about homeless people in California and New York when places like Orlando hunt them like dogs in the street and throw them in prison....
It's kind of like shatting* over your neighbor's fence for two or three generations, and then calling the police because your neighbor has a stinky yard
