We came through drive thru and made a specific request for our 2 year old which was meaty nuggets since we have to take the breading off. They specifically did just that and it’s very appreciated! Good job guys!
I have never had a complaint about this location before. Until now. I just wonder if it is possible to pay normal price for the slider if I would get the normal slider instead of the child’s version? To me the happy hour price isn’t worth what you get on happy hour product. All four of my sandwiches
Better expect to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes to even place an order. Not sure why but once a customer places an order the next customer will not be waited on till 20 minutes pass. Not sure if they have a new procedure but it is the same if the line is full of cars or if your the only one in line.
Slowest fast food restaurant. There is in fort Wayne at the Arby's across the street from Jefferson pointe. No problem with the food, but when it comes to the service the employees will ask you to pull forward. Doesn't matter if you're the only person, even in line you'll still pull forward and then
I ordered a turkey ranch and bacon wrap. It didn't have bacon on it or ranch. And it was so spicy. They have some kind of a jalapeno turkey wrap I think they gave me the wrong one. It was so spicy and nasty.

My chicken with the bacon sandwich had cold, unmelted cheese added to the already cold lettuce and bun. And whatever that orange-yellow looking sauce is they put on the sandwich, it's not very good on the sandwich. The classic chicken sandwich is better in my opinion. Everything's warm on that one
Absolutely horrible!!!! We set in line for 20mins and Arbys turned all their lights off and closed at 6:55 pm... I will never eat at this Arbys again! How terrible to do your customers this way, there was a huge line even behind us.
