Terrible service always the frozen machine doesn’t work when the female’s are working. When the male is working he’s very nice and the machine works when he’s there and the manager but afternoon it’s doesn’t work. So supposedly the machine is shut down a hr before the store close and I called at 5:3

Dunkin is a hit or miss. They never repeat your order. They don't listen to u half the time. There coffee can be either super strong and bitter or really sweet. I have had some good experiences. My favorite location in fort wayne would have to be the one on Jefferson.
