I've had many issues with this location, and normally I let it be but I'm bothered by what I received. Ordered through door dash, had issues and my order was cancelled to no fault of taco bell. Reordered my food and at this point it's an hour later than when it should have been here due to door dash
Went for two tacos and taco fries, took about 7 minutes to get out to me and even then the guy that gave me my food practically threw it at me. Also, I didn’t realize that an order of fries meant you get 6 fries. This was not during a busy period either.
This particular store gets a bad rap. I’ve been to other TB’s in town and they’re just as bad if not worse. The New Haven location is by far the worst one in all of Allen County. Stopped in at Taco Bell on North Coliseum this afternoon. We got a to-go order for a Beef chalupa supreme, three hard shell taco Supremes and a small Pepsi with some mild salsa packs added.
They were a little busy it took approximately 9 minutes to get in and out for our to go order at the window.
Ordered 2 soft shell tacos and 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with no sour cream and no beans. Got my food and pulled away. Went to grab a taco and found 4 hard shell tacos and 1 random burrito. so I turned back around to let them know what happened so I could get the correct food. Instantly they handed
Monday Sept 13 2021 8:20 am. Drive thru guy was very friendly. Food was bad. Hash brown was hard and greasy. Breakfast Burrito rips in it and half wrapped. Orange juice even tasted sour. I love taco bell breakfast but today was disgusting.
