This particular store gets a bad rap. I’ve been to other TB’s in town and they’re just as bad if not worse. The New Haven location is by far the worst one in all of Allen County. Stop dumping on the Coliseum store. They try their best. It’s fast food, it’s far from perfect. You want perfection go home and cook your own meal like a grown up!
Yes I have had issues here before but it’s never been anything serious. Orders been given too me that were wrong but I always seem to get more than what I originally paid for so I am not going to complain.
Many of you just complain to get attention. I read your reviews and the drama that flows from it is palpable! Don’t go on a diatribe about your experience, just get to the point and move on!
Stopped in at Taco Bell on North Coliseum this afternoon. We got a to-go order for a Beef chalupa supreme, three hard shell taco Supremes and a small Pepsi with some mild salsa packs added.
They were a little busy it took approximately 9 minutes to get in and out for our to go order at the window. The girl at the window was very polite. The total cost was just under $12
Upon examining our order. The food was hot. There was a hearty amount of meat and lettuce and cheese and toppings that were all fresh. We were given an ample supply of sauce packs. The soda was fresh with plenty of fizz. A decent but not extravagant amount of ice. We actually measured our small soda which was a surprising one cup and 3/4. Nearly two cups for a small which is pretty good.
Overall it was a delicious meal. My only mistake was not buying more. Thanks Taco Bell team great job!
