Food and blizzards were good as usual. They did forget my pretzel sticks but it happens and they were only .99cents. Also, I had to walk through the drive thru because there dining room always seems to be closed due to them being under staffed :(

Pulled up only accept cash. Run to the gas station get cash. Come back no discount for the inconvenience then no change. Up charge for marshmallows in my daughter blizzard then no marshmallows. Rude staff and no manager on duty. This place is awful and unacceptable. Whole staff could use replaced.

Very excited to here about the new owners and look forward to visiting the new management team. It’s been over 7+ years since I been to this Dairy Queen because of service issues. I will be coming back and visit the store again. My kids always want DQ.

Ordered blizzards in the drive thru, on a busy Saturday afternoon, and was informed that this DQ was out of chocolate ice cream. Employee said that it could be up to 6 months before they get it due to supply chain issues. However, the blizzards were delicious and the staff courteous. They even asked

Parked in the parking lot because the neon sign said they were open. We got out of the truck hoping to go inside and order food to eat outside only to find out the door was locked with no sign on it saying the dining room was closed because they were short staffed. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 17 minutes nobody took my order they asked me to wait. They had 2 people sitting inside and the other car that was in the drive thru had been gone while I waited. Went to culver's instead.

The last few times service was horrible, waited 15 minutes to order. Their flavors arent updated and they shut their grill down early
