NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! Constantly closing early.. NEVER OPEN until closing time.. Told tonight would open 7pm for public orders at 6:30pm. Came back at 7:45p and told that store manager wouldn't allow it. WHAT A JOKE!!! Thats ok the smart GENERAL MANAGER/ Shift manager down the road got my original $80 order and since they were so awesome even ordered more. This location needs seasoned management to please the public and also make $$ for the store.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a substitute for some nuggets I ordered and told the cashier they were hard cold and just not edible. He looked at me like I was just the biggest inconvenience in the world and said he wasn't taking them back I said it's ok can I have a manager. She didn't even come to front counter just told him to give me new nuggets. He asked the back for nuggets he then came back to front counter and TOSSED THEM AT ME!!! The level of disrespect was out of control. I was as polite as can be especially because I am antiKaren and don't not want to be compared. But God they tried me!!

7:03 a.m. - I was the ONLY customer at the counter and the entire inside. I ordered 1 (ONE) hot coffee.
After 6 or so minutes, all I hear is employees swearing at one another about work duties. Still no coffee. But plenty of swearing and general goofing off.
10 minutes pass and employee working drive through comes to counter and asks if I'm waiting on something. Yes, my large hit coffee. 3 more minutes and I finally got the LAST item I'll ever buy from your store. Goodbye

This establishment gets zero stars. I stood outside myself and another driver in the cold. I called nobody would answer the phone. They had employees that wasn't on the clock inside. I went to the window they wouldn't take my order. The night before I watched several people come out with food. Nobody would explain why didn't wouldn't serve us at all. Ot was definitely unfair I explained I was a driver. Sign clearly said inside is open at 5. They would bring food to people cars but ignored us outside. Keep in mind tho truck drivers are the reason your establishment runs truckers are the reason the rude workers that treat drivers bad are the reason they get a check for their families. That's just food for thought in case Nobody realized it. Very disappointing

If you can’t manage signs that represent reality, maybe the signs in the same place offering 15 an hour aren’t going to be trusted. The lobby isn’t open, all three doors are locked. If you’re given a two hour shift and sent home (or less) you’re not going to keep people interested in working for you.

I see that this McDonald's has been rated for poor service. I went to the Drive-Thur and had very good service. They got the order correct and it was done in a timely manner. I then went inside and ordered a meal. This was done correctly and in a timely manner. They seem to be making some improvements for better service.

McDonald’s is not a high class restaurant so you can only expect so much from their service and food. That said, this specific McDonald’s is a particularly terrible restaurant. The staff are lazy and disrespectful - I have even seen them get into fights with customers. Nine out of ten times I go there my food is cold and/or undercooked. I am finally taking the time out of my day to write a review because I feel sick after eating what I think was an undercooked Egg McMuffin. I tried getting the taste out of my mouth with my coffee but even that is watered down and WAY too hot. This location needs a complete staff change or to be shut down.

Many people were having to bring their orders back. Employees were fighting very loudly and immaturely. I ordered gluten free and I think the burger is suppose to be on the lettuce :p
