Sooo… I ordered multiple sandwiches from this Arby’s on Rudisill this afternoon (one for lunch, one for dinner). The service at this location is very good. Order accuracy is very high. The few times we have had problems they fix them immediately. Food quality isn't as good compared to the downtown location, but they don't have the staffing problems that location does. I've ordered some weird stuff, like wraps

Super long wait. When another customer said something about it to the manager she humiliated him by yelling that he needs to have some patience...he ended up silently walking out. THEN, we get our order n go to the car, of course it's wrong. She let us keep the chicken sandwich that we didn't order.

This the worst place, we ordered our food tonight, thought it would be nice to stay home and have it delivered. So we ordered Arby's, had Door dash delivery, when we get our food half of it's missing, we call Arby's and tell them, they say it's not our fault, you need to call Door dash for a refund.

I am one of those people who like Arby's and keeps them in buisness. Super sweet through the drive through and the food hit the spot!
