Second time at an Enchiladas Ole. First time at this location. The food was good as it always is. These enchiladas are to die for. I had the hatch enchiladas with chicken. Excellent food, service, & atmosphere. The polo polo grilled chicken w/ queso house creations plate is now my go-to entree. The chips and salsa were delicious and I highly recommend the frozen margarita. The only con is the limited parking.

The reviews of this place are great, so I knew going in it was going to be good. The enchiladas definitely did not disappoint!! It was mine and my boyfriend's first time trying this place. Service was amazing and quick and they made sure we had a drink once we were empty. The food was also hot and amazing, bursting with flavor. I had the texican and he got the hatch. Definitely worth coming here from out of town.
