Honestly I never expect much with Tex-Mex Restaurants when it comes to food, but let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised with how everything tasted. Good food, even better atmosphere. Sitting outside was absolutely amazing, and our server Paul was amazing. You can tell he loves what he does. Def

We stopped in for lunch around 1:00 and were immediately greeted, seated, and placed our order. As long-time fans of the dinner menu, we were excited to try the lunch items. Took a trip to the DFW area and wanted to try Joe T. Garcia's. Worth the visit. The atmosphere is outstanding. We did eat on the patio. Cash or check only, the do have an ATM on site. We came with a large group. It would be better to split the tickets so that the last couples leaving doesn’t get stuck with the items that others forgot to pay for. I thought it was going to be like any other Mexican food joint. Everything from the drinks to the chips and salsa and the chicken fajitas were all delicious! Darlene was a great server, very attentive and took the time to explain the menu to us and the history!
