This is my favorite bagel place in Saginaw! The staff is always friendly and the bagels and boopalachies are to die for. It’s the combo of supporting a local business and the delish options plus the staff is lovely. They remember my name, my order and just wonderful! Really creative yummy cream cheese spreads and freshest of bagels I HIGHLY recommend!!
Just had my first Boopas and they were awesome. Got some Boopalaches and in my opinion, this is the way they should have always been made. Also had the Breafast Eggle with all 3 meats and I was sad when it was gone. Also got an assortment of other bagels and they were no less delicious. Even got some extras for later. Absolutely delicious and filling and I can't wait to get some more. I HIGHLY recommend for breakfast and can't imagine lunch would be any different. Will probably be finding out pretty soon.
Awesome food. Favorites are the smoked salmon sandwich, the eggstra meats sandwich, and hands down the boopalaches. I swear I could eat a dozen myself! Friendly service and a wonderful local business.

I work very near here and it was suggested to me I try this place instead of the Saturday donuts I'm used to. It was amazing! Had the bagel lox and have since been back three times, every time trying something new. Today I got the Boopa Bake, what a delicious spin on pizza! I highly suggest you give this place a try. I've never written a review in my life, that's how pleased I am with this place!!

We have lived off of Western Center for three years and just found Boopas a few months ago... Now we're addicted and go almost every weekend!
Incomparable to any bagel shop chains.
1) the bagels are fresh mixed and made each day
2) flavored cream cheeses are hand blended
3) coffee pots are scrubbed each day minimizing off tasting java
4) the owner, Holly, is on site and on top of service and food quality
5) boopalaches are a decadent treat
6) it's just frickin fantastic!!
Absolutely the best since Day 1! Made an online order in which I thought I had ordered Boopalaches, but somehow didn't get included on my end. However, they were nice enough to redo my order and included the Boopalaches. I refuse to go to any other bagel shop in the area because when it comes to quality and freshness, Boopa's Bagels exceed their competitors hands down! I want to apologize for the confusion of my order, but thank you for being a true class act!

Best bagels I've ever had! My father is there every morning greeted by friendly staff and tasty bagels. Holly, the owner, makes sure she gets to know you by name and gives you a million reason to come back.
You just can't beat starting a day with a Boopa's breakfast sandwich, a coffee, and talking Rangers with Holly. Great place.

Boopa's has the best bagels we have had in the 11 years we have lived in Texas. Since I am from NY state, I am picky about my bagels! We drive from Arlington to get them.

I stopped in around 10am this morning for an everything bagel with garlic cream cheese. I was excited to try Boopa’s because I saw that they have NY style bagels. The bagel was delicious, fresh and chewy and the garlic cream cheese was great. The store was pretty busy with pickup orders but I still placed and received my order within about 5 minutes total and the staff was friendly. I was excited to see the large variety of bagels and look forward for to trying the Boopalaches and sandwiches on a future visit! If you enjoy NY style bagels, you should definitely give it a try.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The OG staff was always so friendly and welcoming. The bagels are always fresh and the schmear amazing! I just wish they had gluten free bagels and dairy free cream cheeses. My Dad and I have arthritis so we can’t eat gluten. I’m a vegan so I can’t eat dairy, but he can. 😀 Looking forward to the re opening.

Oh my goodness! I’ll never eat a Kolache anywhere else, these we so amazing. The bagels are the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try one of the deli sandwiches soon.

Boopa's Bagel Deli has amazing bagels! They use a water boiling process to cook the bagels and it's so much better than going to the grocery store or other places. Their pumpkin bagels and pumpkin cream cheese are the favorites in the house! Breakfast sandwiches are super filling and a great go to. Worth the drive to get!

It's honestly sad the quality and the service that has changed with the new ownership. I am from New York and looked forward to having their bagel sandwich on the weekends.
Now, they're calling customers as "the guy with the cowboy hat", "the couple", that person right there" and its almost insulting. Your customers should mean the world to you. They're what makes your business successful or not. They don't even take tickets to ensure name and correct order is made, hence not using anyone's name.
When we were waiting for our sandwiches to be made because they ran out of cooked eggs on a Sunday, the skinny lady behind the counter burped out loud and didn't even care or say excuse me. They all work around not caring it seems like and couldn't really care if you were there. The owners wife has the same attitude. Just walks around doing her thing, versus making her customers feel welcome and happy to see them.
It's sad to see all of these reviews how the quality has changed. As a business owner, I see an opportunity to open a bagel shop and provide the amazing quality and service I do with my other businesses and blow this one out of the water. This business has to remember they're not the only ones that can run a bagel place and people of 20 years coming to this place can and will stop.

We revisited here and they completely changed their service and the way of doing things. The quality of taste was much better as well. We definitely recommend them!

*Update* we have returned twice since I left this review. The service was very poor, employees seemed like they didn't want to be there or help us. The Bagels were ok but the building looks trashed on the inside. The first time we went, we thought they were doing some remodeling but nothing has changed. Messy, sloppy, and dirty looking. Also, one of the ladies behind the counter let out an audible burp while we were waiting for our food, didn't even say "excuse me". We are not prude by ANY means but this just seemed so unprofessional for the food service industry. Probably won't be back unless they make some changes. Disappointing because we love supporting small businesses but no one here seems to take any pride in this business.
I've been getting bagels here since I moved to NRH nearly four years ago, and they have consistently had *the best bagels* I've ever had. Keep up the great work!
When we lived in the Keller area, we often purchased bagels and sandwiches from Boopa's. Although we live full-time in our 5th wheel RV, we always stop in for their amazing bagels when in the area.

Phenomenal bagels, such a great place if you have a chance to stop by here. The customer service when I stopped by at 6:30 AM on Tuesday morning was phenomenal. Greeted as soon as I hit the door, and within less than 10 min I was out again with hot bagels. It’s also cool to see the whole process before your eyes as you wait on your order. I have no doubt we will be back many more times, the food is delicious. Especially the bagel-laches. They have plenty of prepackaged cream cheese as well of different flavors to take with you and a whole offering of breakfast sandwiches too
