It was truly amazing.
I ordered chicken fajitas with grilled shrimp. While the chicken was what you expect for fajita meat and on the really good side, the shrimp was probably the best I've ever had. Seasoned to perfection. My wife had the Carne Guisada. The beef was delicious and melt-in-your mouth tender. The sauce was a great compliment to anything it touched. The salsa was some of the best I've had in Fort Worth. The Loaded Queso Blanco, while being very tasty, was served a little cooler than I would prefer, probably because the large scoops of sour cream and guacamole were chilled.
Portion sizes were large enough to easily share an entree. Service was on point and very accommodating. The waitress even said they would pretty much customize anything on the menu.
The atmosphere was light and pleasant. A backyard style patio area is a great compliment for when the weather is better and is pet friendly.
Overall I give it 4.75:5 �s. (Only losing the quarter star due to the chilled temp of the queso)
We went to Tia's on the Bluff today for the first time. We will be back again! The food was excellent. I had the fish tacos, and my husband had the carne guisada. They were both perfectly cooked. Exceptionally delicious!! The inside is nice, but the patio is wonderful! If you enjoy eating outside, then this is the place for you. They are also dog friendly, and have a little dog park, too. What an awesome find! It made our day for sure. Highly recommend it.
Hidden gem! So go out of your way to find it! Great food and service! Love the patio and bar. Salsa and chips and tre leches are the best I've had in Ft Worth and I've been to a lot! Support this place....it deserves it!
Best little gem of a mexican food place! Everyone is welcomed like family and the food...well worth the wait! It's been a long time since I've had Mexican food this good! Phenomenal Carne Guisada, fantastic Flautas and reaaally good margaritas!

It was finally an awesome evening, where my friends and I were able to sit on the patio. It was like spending an evening with family. The food was awesome as ever! The drinks were amazing. Kudos to our bartender and our incredible server! I'm totally hooked on Tia's!
This place is a hidden gem with great food and atmosphere. Plenty of outside seating if that’s your thing!! Chips and salsa is delicious. Margaritas are excellent. I have a new favorite place now!!
This is my 4th time coming and love the food it is hot & fresh....the food brings me back home of my momma's cooking and very authentic Mexican food. I tried all Fort Worth Restaurants and this is one of them on my list of excellent food. I definitely would recommend my family & friends to eat here. It's a family own restaurant and very nice & clean and outside patio is beautified & surroundings of palm trees!
Tia’s on the Bluff makes me feel like I’m taking an hour vacation on my lunch break. Delicious authentic Mexican food and beautiful backyard patio! Ahhh!
Fantastic food and well worth any wait! This is home style cooking at its best and the service...awesome!

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious dinner served by attentive staff. The combination fajitas were cooked to perfection. The family history of the place is interesting too.

We recently hosted a Bridal Shower at Tia's and the owner Patricia was just so great in working with us. The restaurant is currently going through some construction but Patricia was very gracious and accommodated our event. This was one of a few that I have had the pleasure in attending at Tia's and it just never disappoints. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was tasty, generous and delicious. The margarita's really were a hit with our guest. I most especially appreciate the service that Patricia and her husband gave us and will definitely come again to enjoy a delicious meal. If you haven't tried Tia's on the Bluff do yourself a favor and stop in, I think you'll be pleased!
For our first time eating here I can say it was the best fajitas …. Chicken…shrimp combo I have ever eaten !!! I definitely will come back it was the perfect Mexican food!! And perfect place to enjoy your food! Good service and perfect price!

Always a pleasure when we get dinner from there. The food is always on point and the service is great. It's the kind of food I grew up eating... as a matter of fact... it is the food I grew up eating! My cousin owns the place and is doing a great job running it. I definitely recommend "Tia's On The Bluff" to anyone who is a resident and hasn't tried it out yet and also to anyone who is in Fort Worth on vacation.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff treats you like family, they consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest of their establishment. The food is incredible Tex Mex along with some traditional dishes that will knock your socks off. Also the gallon margaritas are strong and delicious af. Jo Jo, Linda, and Tia are true hosts. Thank you for a great experience and some delicious shrimp tacos!!! We’ll be back 😁
Food was incredible and wasn’t five stars…it is “TEN” stars. Best sour cream chicken enchiladas we’ve ever had!! And reasonable! Patricia, Albert, Rosa and the chef were awesome too! We’ll definitely be back soon and let everyone we know to come and enjoy too!!!

We came on a dreary Sunday, no wait time! Friendly and efficient waitstaff, clean restaurant and restrooms, food was just like mama’s cooking. I thoroughly appreciated the large portions which gave us plenty of to go leftovers and soda refills galore.
Found this place by accident while looking for good Mexican food but trying to dodge the crowds. Quiet, clean, unassuming place with fantastic service and incredible food. Reasonable prices too. Absolutely the best place off the beaten path.
Everything was excellent the food is homemade, and delicious. The margaritas are magnificent. I would highly suggest this place to anybody just going for a nice evening or a lunch or an event to have with family and friends.
I’m sure some of the bad reviews are valid…but we had a great time. It was pretty dead in there but Ms. Rosie took great care of us. The place was charming, clean, and the decorations were really cute also. The food was great and the salsa was fresh and yummy!
