I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and my meal was good. The staff was nice, but they took a while to appear before ordering. I guess it's because they have self-ordering tablets. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and lemonades to choose from. Clean place.
You know what you going to get here. The focus on online ordering has definitely decreased the in satire customer experience. It used to be they had someone roaming the store clearing plates and ready to assist with anything you need. Now there were dirty tables and overflowing dish bins.

I had the greek salad and the tomato soup. Both were delicious, and I loved the fact that the soup was really hot, not just semi-hot. They came with a drink and an apple. “Panera Bread” is very spacious and you can also sit outside. The service is quick and everything is clean and welcoming.
Don't get me wrong, I've always loved Panera bread. I always manage to leave a little bit hungry, but feeling healthy. The music choice and volume is a bit annoying. Best Panera ever!! Sweetest staff! We lost our toddler’s toy in the trash and Panera’s team (Esperanza and Mike) actually dug through the trash to find our toddler’s toy!! Definitely recommend this branch!

Their customer service was amazing. There was an issue that was completely my fault but management went out of their way to fix it and more. The drinks are always stocked and food is always fresh, lettuce and all!!
Fresh and delicious. Edit: to avoid frustration I suggest picking your food up inside when ordering online, don’t choose curbside pickup (Hulen location). You have a better chance of winning the lottery than them actually bringing your food to your car, so save yourself some time and go inside. I h
