Service has gotten better but I have learned to start requesting a fresh cooked order every time is the way to go!
I was impressed that this location functioned about as smooth as a chick fil a, with two lanes, people coming out to take payment, etc. Still took about 15 minutes which is normal for Whataburger, but it as smooth as it could be considering how busy it was. They got my order right and even apologize
I just placed an online order. I was immediately greater by a lady and I wish I had gotten her name. My order was ready and she folded the top of my bad like my mother used to do. She happily made my chocolate shake. All around it was a great experience that was made possible by this young lady. Th
Food was good, but there always seems to be one detail wrong. In the last week they've left cheese off our biscuit and we received two eggs in a player instead of two sausages. The receipts lasted the food the way we ordered it. Order fillers need to be more attentive.
This Whataburger has the best service and quality in Fort Worth, even during a busy lunch rush. The food is always fresh and the location is conveniently located off of I-30. I got the #1 Whataburger combo with bacon and grilled jalapeños that tasted excellent.
Visiting from RI and this was the 1st time having Whataburger that I can remember and mmmm it was gooood
It was good food. Somehow I got my food before the car in front of me and had to wait until they got there food to leave.
Seems like they should not sell biscuit and gravy since NOONE there knows how to make gravy.Watery crispy balls of crunchy something,certainly not sausage.Terrible more often than not which is shameful because it's a Texas tradition.I have had good gravy here before.Please do better its expensive to

This whataburger is the cleanest I have ever been to and their food reflects this as well. The burger was nicely made, fresh, and just was very good. And you could tell that from what the burger looked like when it was unwrapped. It wasn't smashed dripping or all veggies in one spot. We got three #1
