We just had our twin girls birthday party yesterday at this location and it was absolutely the best day ever! My girls keep telling me they had the best birthday! We got there early and the party host immediately gave us our stuff and explained the schedule to us which was great! Her name I am pretty sure was Kirsten and she was the BEST party host! She was so sweet, even wrote down notes for my nephew that has to have a gluten free pizza to not cross contaminate. She was on top of her game the whole time and always making sure we were good. Even checked on us after the party was over and we were still playing. The manager was sweet also and checked on us. All the food was great and everyone enjoyed it. The adults and kids had a blast! We had a fantastic time and definitely will be back! Thank you for giving my girls the best experience!
We had my daughter’s third birthday party here tonight and y’all made it so easy and fun! It was also very reasonably priced! We had a really great time! Christina was our hostess for our party and she was the sweetest, most helpful employee I’ve probably ever come across anywhere. I highly recommend her! Thank you for the best third birthday party we could have asked for! We will definitely be back! �
The only thing I didn't like was they only had salad and dressing on the buffet. They don't serve all of the salad bar until the buffet is over! But we had a blast with the kids and games!!!!!
We go to this location often. The staff is very friendly and the Manager is first class.
Usually I hate these kinds of places, but this location in particular I actually really like. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back. Atmosphere is overall clean and friendly. The sketch picture game wasn't printing out the pictures properly. But it's friendly and clean so was a good experience.
My kid had a great time. We went on a Sunday evening so it wasn't overly crowded. The place has a weird smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. The food was fine, but our server was a little spacey (party started late and she forgot one of three pizzas). Overall, though, it's a venue for kids and the kids had fun.
This is a very nice location with great food and a very helpful staff. The toddler side is so awesome for our 2 year old. It also has plenty game machines for older kids. Overall it's a great place for your kids.
It was the first time for me. I loved the atmosphere, all the kids weren't screaming and crying. Loved the unlimited refills on drinks.
I really appreciate that they won't let you without the right children. An excellent way to guard against kidnapping.
Fun place for the kids. We threw our kids birthday here and had a great time. The party host Cora was very helpful, nice, and fast. We love the pizza and endless salads. The place was really clean and the people around this area are a lot more proper than any other locations. I will be back again.

We had so much fun for the 2 year old Birthday party that we went again this year for her 3rd birthday! Kids had fun, pizza and wings were good. Also, the employee Tatiana was amazing. She worked all the different stations during our 2 hour visit. All the time she had a nice natural smile and she was hard at work!!! Thanks for making a safe and fun place for the kids.
We hosted my son’s Birthday there. Everything was fabulous! Our hostess Jayly ( sp) was kind, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure everyone had a wonderful time. I didn’t have to lift a finger :) I highly recommend their party packages!
We had my son's 5th birthday here and he had a blast! Super helpful staff (Chelsea) and great food too! Kids loves the games and dance party too! Definitely going back soon for some more family sun time!
The best Chuck E. Cheese location I’ve been to. It’s facilities are clean and bright, and not at all cramped. The staff were courteous, patient, and professional. Our kids had a blast.
We had a fantastic experience today at this location. When I checked in, the manager Scott at first told me they did not have my reservation for the day. Come to find out, I had reserved it for the 27 and not the 25. He must have seen the pure panic in my eyes because, without missing a beat, he tells me, “No problem, we can make it work. I have a full staff today and an extra table. Give me 10 minutes.” After that, we were well taken care of by our party host Will and had a fabulous party. I want to recognize this location for their quick customer service and saving the day. Thank you Scott and Will! You are awesome!
Went here a few weeks ago for my sons birthday party and the whole party process was so smooth and stress free for me. Our host Makayla was super nice and very helpful. My son had “the best birthday ever,” in his own words.
Took my daughter after her dentist appointment, Timing was perfect she pretty much had the place to herself and that’s good with an easily distracted 3 year old.
Food and service aren’t terrible. Going is super fun for us. My brother and I go with my kids and nephew sometimes as a fun family play date. The only complaint is the bathroom situation sometimes.

Great place for a kid's birthday party! My daughter (2) just had hers on Friday and loved it! Angela was so helpful and sweet to us, she made the party easy and I didn't have a headache. Doesn't smell, is clean and fun!
The atmosphere is friendly and totally for kids. The menu and food is really good. We had pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Our group party package was $11/kid and we had 2 free no shows. That came with 2 medium pizzas for the kids, unlimited drinks for the table and party favors, along with 120 minutes of free play (and yes, the kids can accumulate tickets for prizes at the end.
Tips for parents planning a party:
*The tables are long, if you want table covers, I suggest about 3 or 4. One isn't going to cover it.
*You can't bring your own cups (not sure why this is a rule) but they provide cups and plates. We brought our own Baby Shark plates and used the Chuck E Cheese cups. We also asked for a sharpie and wrote the kids names on the bottom and lids of the cups to designate.
*Chuck E. comes out every hour for the kids to dance and sing with him.
*The time for play doesn't stop when your food comes out so allot for time the kids and eat quickly then play so they can get the most out of the play time.
*They have a refrigerator for cake (if needed) and a freezer for ice cream (if needed).
*We ordered combo meals for the parents that attended. We upgraded a combo to 2 extra large pizzas and a large order of wings. We asked for the wings with no sauce and put the sauce on the side so people could drizzle sauce of their choice on their wings if wanted. (The Sweet Chili sauce was a hit) This combo fed 6 adults and let the kids have more pizza if they wanted.
*You can get there to set up your party about 10 minutes ahead of time and they will ask you when you would like the food brought out.
*They only have Pepsi products for drinks but this also includes Brisk teas. They also have sweet and unsweetened tea seperate from the fountain.
* Their menu is on the website so look at that before coming.
*NO outside food or drinks (besides cake and ice cream)
I think that's all the tips I have to give. Great place for little kids and families! Definitely will go again!
This whole stuff working today was AWESOME!!! Food was great, service was Great! Bathrooms were cleaned!!! Also would like to give a Thanks to Kay. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for myself and my family!!! We need more people like her, She has great customer service skills! 🥰
The place had a variety of games and rides. It was clean and staff was pleasant. My kid loves it here.

This store is not very busy, well kept, and interactive. This is my family’s goto for Chuck E. Cheese. Our girls loved their 7th birthday here!
