This was my first-time visit. I had to meet with a regional sales representative that drove all the way from Dallas to have lunch with me and talk shop. Jimmy John's wasn't as crowded as I expected so we didn't have to wait too long to get our food. I had a tuna sandwich on the thickest slices of brown bread I have ever seen. Both our sandwiches were fantastic, good on the eyes, and flavorful.
I personally like that you can basically see everything as you walk into Jimmy John's. All the stuff to make your sandwich on demand is right in front of you. Jimmy John's is located across the street from the Tom Thumb parking and is walking distance from McDonald's, Goody Goody Liquor, and the El Fenix Mexican restaurant. Keep up the good work.
My husband is a JJ aficionado. I’m not much of a sandwich eater, but I do like their “unwich” option which is a lettuce wrap around your sandwich of choice. Great for cutting calories, reducing carbs, and occasionally bringing peace to the dinner table when our choices don’t line up. I love ordering through the app and the fast delivery (though there’s a fee for that). Hubby’s fave is the #5 and #7 Italian choices. I like their clubs.
Cannot say enough great things about the staff here and how much they care about their customers! I regularly order lunch from this location and they never disappoint. From the person that takes your order to the delivery driver, they are top notch!
Came here 20 min before close and I have to sing Aaliyah’s praises! As someone in the restaurant industry myself, I understand how tired and over it you can feel toward closing time but Not only was she so kind and helpful, but she went out of her way to be generous and give me something to take home to my step daughter. Her kindness really made an impact on me, and I wanted to share. Food was great per usual, too. Thank you again Aaliyah!!
Our delivery specialist 'Jackson' was accidentally given the wrong stack of money for our order in which was a Substantial amount more, so when we called to get this matter fixed he politely and whole heartedly agreed and complied. We just wanted to give JACKSON a shout out and our huge appreciation. We will continue to be your loyal customers
Charles is one of the few remaining top notch kind of guys! Great attitude and guest service is above and beyond what you would expect. I forgot my order of cookies for my daughter's and he stayed late to hand them to me. This is a huge thing for me and it made my girls night. He even threw in two bread loafs in the bag too!!! I'll always come back to the Camp Bowie location. Keep up the great job Mr Charles and I'll be back!!!
This is my favorite JJ's! I work close by and some days can't get away for lunch so I go on line and order on the app. You get rewards for using it and a text showing the status. If they are ever running late they give me a call. Great customer service. Today I got a free oatmeal raisin cookie.
We brought our 5th Generation Electric team here to eat and it was an amazing experience! Amazing customer service, fast service and clean establishment. Flavor was on point as well. Everyone loved the food they received. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Stopped at this Jimmy John's while traveling to the Fort Worth area. I thought it was great! I've been to a few different Jimmy John's shops all around in several states and I thought this one did a great job of keeping things clean and friendly. The owner Stephanie was also extremely nice, which is definitely nice to see these days! I'm not very particular about speed or anything, but to me they did just great!

Best Dinning Experience I've Had All Year! Joe is the Man! Great Location!
I took my daughter to get a Club sandwich and ended up getting one for myself as well. Joe, the sandwich artist who took care of us did a fantastic job and provided a memorable experience. Joe was professional through and through, polite, charismatic, understanding and very quick on his feet! Joe provided the best customer service experience I've had all year. The sandwiches were perfect and delicious! The restaurant was extremely clean, welcoming, and followed all CDC/County/City guidelines regarding COVID.
I cannot express well enough just how great of a job Joe did that night! I will absolutely be coming back, I absolutely recommend this location and I cannot praise Joe enough for his service. My only regret was not being able to leave a tip or speak to a supervisor about how well he took care of us! I told Joe I would be leaving a review in his name and I took a little longer than I should of but non the less, Joe deserves a raise or a promotion! I will be making an attempt to speak with a supervisor to let them know how happy my daughter and I were with his service! Thanks Joe!
Food was fresh, clean, portions were more than fair, the quality and taste was definitely there, worth every penny!
I love this store, the employees are very courteous and the manager is fast and on point. The sandwiches are the best on the area. So delicious and fresh. I was yesterday at the store when that Laura customer called. She was yelling so loud you could hear her potty mouth. I felt sorry for those two girls trying to comfort her over the phone, especially the manager. People like that don't deserve a refund, they deserve their mothers washing their mouths with soap. Shame on her. This store and the crew deserve praise, they are doing a great job! 😀
While Jimmy Johns is such a great spot, this location in particular have been an example of how franchises should be run, how a brand can capture faithful customers. I can say this because I travel extensively and this one is my favorite. The space is no different than most, the sandwiches are always fantastic, but the secret ingredient in this location is the staff. I hope those reading will visit them, you will not regret it.
