I have picked up here for deliveries and I’m also a customer. About 98% of the time the employees are welcoming and quickly help to serve their customers. The other 2% is when I wait for the estimated time of pick-up before I go in and the employees are just standing there talking because it’s slow.
Honestly, this place was great. I love the people here; they were so kind. Especially the person who was wearing the green Harley-Davidson shirt. Just by far exceptional service. Give that lady a raise. She knew how to roll a burrito, it felt as if the pressure from my shoulders had been lifted.
The
Great music, the best burritos and their brownies are on point for dessert. Plus the sweet tea is perfect and not too sweet. Thank y'all for such a great meal! Loved it and keep up the great work thank you!
Today had already been a rough day as it was. So when my husband and I got home with our food, and mine was missing I was pretty irritated. I thought to myself figures given the day I have had!

Best fast-casual burritos around. Lots of ingredients to select from. Great taste. We prefer this over Chipotle and similar places. Been here many times and never had to wait long. Great hot sauce, chips, and queso too.
Had the most pleasant experience at Freebirds yesterday at Alliance Town Center. I had the most amazing lady who helped me with my meals. Her name was Hannah S.

Their food was absolutely amazing! I 100% underestimated the spiciness of the Creamy Jalapeno sauce. It's 8/10 on the hotness scale for a reason.
Their Pot Brownies are literally to die for. Extremely cheap, extremely affordable. Would recommend!

I was hesitant to try this new restaurant out, but I would say that it was well worth it! First let me start by saying I worked in a restaurant for over 15 years in my younger days, so I’m not the easiest of customers! Honestly this is the BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! Food is good, the staff are always nice but the price of the burritos are crazy. It's a lot of food but $18 for a burrito is a bit much.
My hubby and I come here often for Friday lunch dates. Love the bowls with red rice and dark chicken and guacamole can't be beat. I especially like lunch here because I always have leftovers to take home for late night snack! And now they have the lemon cooler cookies that I always have to buy extra
Surprisingly it’s gotten really affordable given other restaurants jacking up prices these days. For food quality I give it - 5 stars. Service however is 3 stars. They are more interested in fulfillment of online orders over people in the restaurant. Also dunno if it’s tenure of employees but th
Nov 30, 2023. Had to take 1 Star off due to smell in restaurant when sat down for late lunch and also the Nats flying around the Ingredients area and table I sat at to eat my late lunch.
It's like chipotle but different. We really liked it. They have a lot of options to chose from which goes inside your burrito, taco, or quesadillas.
The staff members are super friendly and they helped us chosing our order. This was our first time.
