This is by far the best Subway in all of DFW and honestly the best I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Owner is amazing very responsive you can tell they take pride in their work. Subs are fresh, well made, ingredients are kept perfectly. Will only be going here for my Subway cravings!
This is the best subway I have ever been to. The men and women that work here have the best customer service I have ever experienced in the franchise. They remember their customers, their orders, and even things in your personal life which makes you feel loved. I appreciate them so much and God has truly blessed this store and their employees. I wrote this review to say thank you for always keeping fresh ingredients and always giving me so much love every time I enter into your doors. God bless you all.
This is the BEST Subway in the metroplex. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is great and I love the faith message board they have. It’s my favorite Subway hands down.
You need to go to this subway!!!! We called today to order a couple dozen of cookies and was immediately greeted on the phone with such a kind and helpful voice, eager to help me with a last minute cookie order. My in-store visit was even more pleasant. The store was clean and smelled wonderful of fresh bread. Even more wonderful was the help we received from the owners, who were working hard to serve customers! What a sweet experience we had with this Subway, from the kind service to the quick order! I would give them 100 stars if I could! Great job!
Haven't been to Subway in years. Did a build my own. Ingredients were fresh and service was friendly and fast. Good Change of pace for me. I'll be back
I've had a lot of bad experiences at subways in the past. This subway does things right. The staff is amazing, personable and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure things are done right and to a quality standard. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. The environment is welcoming and nice to eat it. This is the only subway I will go to from now on. Thank you guys for doing such a great job
my favorite subway in fort worth! the ladies who work here are SO nice. my friend accidentally ordered his sandwich to be picked up instead of delivered and was unable to get a refund. the ladies at this subway were so kind and took the time to drop off his food for us at our school. they were so polite and welcoming. also, my friend really enjoyed his food! definitely would recommend this subway!

Service was great especially coming in right at closing, food was "bussin bussin" as my kid says and she's way cooler than me so take that as you will. That being said wonderful staff and wonderful food.
This is a family owned and operated business that is run so very proficiently and professionally! A mother/daughter team that this veteran was happy to support!! Great customer service!! If you're in their neck of the woods, go there, support them!!!
Usually I order through doordash, but today I was blessed to go to the Subway with a friend. Got 6 inch Italian BMT, and tried and liked the peppercorn ranch dressing. This subway always has the freshness, the make you feel at home charm, and great customer service. I can't walk out without ringing the bell because they always desire the kudos. The picture is a plant outside the door, if you know west vickery, you know what the Subway I'm talking about looks like. Now get up and get on over there!!!!
I have never been to a Subway store that has a passionate owner as much as this one. I was actually surprised that she is working in the store, and when I asked her why don't you just let your employees (which you pay) do their job while you could be doing something else besides working, her response couldn't have been anything better than just wanting to insure quality, and customer satisfaction!

The ladies who work here are the best. They make great sandwiches. If all Subways were ran this well Subway would have the same reputation as Chick-Fil-A. Great experience.
Came during the day for early lunch. The two ladies working are so friendly. I am a diabetic and was having a sugar low, one of the workers noticed the small tremors and shaking I had and sped through the preparation of my food and off to sit and eat FAST! Thanks for understanding my urgency and to continue to check on me!!! You guys are awesome.
I was in unfamiliar territory today for work-related training. This Subway was less than 5 minutes away and I went for the convenience of location. It was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in a Subway restaurant! It was clean, well maintained, and friendly. The ladies knew many of the regulars, and had real conversation while making their "usual" sandwiches. It was obvious these ladies care about this restaurant and the folks that choose to watch here - I'll be back tomorrow and wish my neighborhood Subway was as inviting.
Purchased a steak and cheese sandwich at 1:30 on July 31. Don’t know the name of the employee, but she was great. She preheated the steak (no other Subway I’ve been to does this) then asked me if I wanted onion and bell pepper. She put them on the sandwich, topped the sandwich with cheese, and toasted it. Best steak and cheese I’ve ever had. I’ll be back again soon.
We go here all of the time. I love the staff there. The ladies are always so sweet and patient without rushing your decisions on trying new things. I highly recommend their chili when they have it! I was surprised at how great it was.
