This is my favorite coffee shop in Foster City, and I enjoy coming here to study for my exams. I've tried the omelette, oatmeal, Costa Rican Joe, and the Cup of Joe, and everything that I've tried has been good. The WiFi is fast, there are a lot of electrical plugs, the store is well-lit, and it's easy to find parking by the store. Last but not least, all of staff that I've interacted with are friendly. What more could you ask for in a coffee shop?
Stopped by to meet friends and have breakfast. I love the omelettes cooked in a waffle iron, very clever and delicious. The assortment of cookies at the counter was nice for a quick treat. Clean, good wifi and spacious tables for sitting and working make it a good spot to hang out. Also, the brewed coffee I had was excellent. Great place! I love supporting small businesses.

I love Penelope's and Sandwich Monkey! I used to work across the street and watched as the brothers who own the place transformed the building from an anonymous place to something fairly amazing.
They pay a lot of attention to detail. There is a column at Penelope's with the word "coffee" written on it in many languages. And as I understand it, they worked with the city for a month to get approval so that they could use sand to make Greek coffee, the way the ancient Greeks used to make it.
Everything here is of high quality. Even a simple salad is made amazing by what appears to be careful attention to the quality of ingredients. I could not recommend this place enough.
I love the ambiance of this coffee shop! It's my go to place when I have just a little bit more to do on the weekends, or want to do some writing. The baristas are very friendly and the best part is they have a lot of interesting greek treats at the counter!
A really great spot for the community, plenty of bright spaces to chat, a very friendly staff, GREAT food and coffee. As a photographer, my abosolute favorite place to edit!

Penelope's has great coffee, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. They have a fantastic coffee selection, including greek, and a oatmeal/yogurt/cottage cheese bar. It is my new go to place. A real local gem!

I really like Penrlope’s Coffee & Tea. Friendly service and quiet place to read or study. Seems to have numerous charging stations and free WiFi! The tea I had was good too.

Penelope's is my MOST favorite place to enjoy a great coffee and treat. They source their coffees to be the highest quality that deliver the best taste and aroma. They have the most delicious menu too. My favorite is the berry delight french toast. Super Yum!
A very nice cafe with a modern feel. I love the Samoa coffee. I can't wait to try their food once dine-ins open up. It's great they connect the store to an app where you can place an order ahead of time.
The staff is nice. They make omlett in the shape of waffles but I didn't really enjoy the taste of it that much. It was a bit bland for my taste.

Nice little spot in the bay. Coffee is pretty good, the baklava was not. Definitely try the hash browns!
