First timers at this location. Was Great Happy Hour. Ended at 5. Made it right at the end for margaritas. Ordered off the main menu. They do have a happy hour menu. El Encanto is a great place to enjoy authentic Mexican food. One of the ways I test for really good Mexican food is to taste the refried beans before I eat anything else on my plate. My palate catches the subtle flavors that should be present in refried beans that are prepared correctly. El Encan
Came with a large party and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was fast too. The food was just ok. The salsa and chips were undersalted & the green salsa didn't have much flavor at all - very disappointing. The drinks were inconsistent. The Poll
Favorite Mexican restaurant in Fountain Hills. Had seafood enchilada, regular enchilada and margarita. Both great. Nice service and atmosphere. Super selection of salsa with chips.

Four of us enjoyed what we ordered. The shrimp tacos were especially good! Excellent service and a quiet dining room so we could have a conversation easily.
Outside look and inside decor is that of Spanish inspired colors and design. Inside smaller area but comfortable. Happened to have a guitarist there while eating, which was nice just a little loud so had to repeat myself or talk louder to have the people I was dining with hear me. Had the Pollo fund

The food was okay but my chips were soggy. I will give them another chance however. UPDATE ; I have given them several more chances and I have had nothing but terrific food and wonderful chips and salsa. They are getting to be my favorite go to place for Mexican food. Thanks El Encanto❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best Mexican restaurant in Fountain Hills. The flan is homemade, we order it every time. Very family friendly. Love that they are staying open this summer.

We were up in Fountain Hills to see a play at the Theater down the street. It was a busy Friday night and we had less than an hour before our show. We sat at the bar.
