Decided to try something new with my friends last Saturday night, 01/31/15 and we picked Hong Hai Dining. As with any new adventure in food it's a gamble and you never know what to expect. All four of us LOVED the food and the staff. They were very accommodating and understanding of our lack of Viet
Food is very good and service is excellent. The butter garlic chicken wings are crispy and tasty. The shaky beef is a fine dish. Tasty but not as tender as I expected it to be. The crab fried rice is good and plenty. Would definitely return.
Fresh Corn Sautéed with Garlic Butter (Bp xào B Ti) is delicious! The whole corn kernels are sweet and pop with a tapioca-like texture on the inside. The garlic butter is perfect and adds an umami flavor to the dish. The crispy fried garlic slices contrast with the refreshing and zingy green onions.
Very nice and clean establishment! They have good service and good pho! Arguably one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had in pho. You can taste they love put in it. I love the flavor and the delicacy in their noodles
This place is amazing. If you're in OC, check it out. the place us brand new, and the all black vibe in here is really comforting.

Oh My, Eat at Hong Hai and spoil yourself with the most yummy Vietnamese food ever...tonight I had the chicken wings and the fillet mignon with a lychee ice tea.. Earlier in the week I had an avocado shake and lava cake OMG to die for... This Place is in my top 5 in Orange County!
Tasty Vietnam fare. Very good Pho and other dishes. I would skip the special Salmon.
