I've been to Spoons a few times while staying at the Ayres Hotel, as it is convenient to have a quick dinner without having to leave the hotel. The food is good for the price, and the service is quick and courteous. The atmosphere is nothing special, they have TV broadcasting news and sports.
When think of Spoons it was the Applebees of the 90’s. Very good service. The tortilla soup is excellent. The staff was really good and the food and drinks were well above expectations. Food was hot and good portions. Took a chance and was surprised. The servers are hustling and making sure you have everything. Haven't had a negative experience here, definitely recommend

The wait staff is working hard to make sure you have everything. There haven't been any bad experiences here, therefore I absolutely suggest it.

Nice to just come in and have a nice casual meal.
The bartender, the cook, the waiter are just top notch. A real good feel to the place when they are there. Best experience we have had on our vacation. If Spoons executives are reading, Danny/Daniel was the waiter and Omar was the cook and we were there about 8:15ish on December 5th, 2019. And the food was amazing.
